This PR includes the following changes.
Adds rotor command integration with the MotorModel plugin
Proper time stamping for imu sensor over HIL messages.
Testing
This can be run using the following make command
make px4_sitl ignition
TODO: Sensors to integrate
You still cannot fly with PX4 yet since the following sensors are missing.
