Authenticator codes do not work with github #1205

Describe the issue

I have found that the authenticator no longer works with github account.

Tried on brave and firefox with fresh QR code (also tried manual entry).

Same QR code works fine on authy.

Just logged in using this extension - works fine for me. I would suggest go to settings and click sync clock with google

Why not NTP server is used instead of google?

I met this problem， so bad, now I have to sign up for a new account. The Authenticator 2FA Client (Edge) extension I have never removed and now is sync clock with google.

what bad things, I haven't saved my recovery code;
