Describe the issue

I had a problem after I restored the device to factory mode, as I lost all the code provided by Rockstar

There's different save options built it. You should've done it before, it's the same for file backups or any backups, it's always too late afterwards. Try to recover the access to your accounts with the OTP providers directly, usually you can reset and disable/re-generate new codes with your phone number.
