You removed the 2FA from the authenticator extension, but not from PayPal's server. To disable 2FA on PayPal, please contact their support team.

i've already contact paypal costumer support and they can't remove the 2fa on their end

i also can't remove it since i can't log in due to it asking me a code from the authenticator

You have misunderstood how 2FA works. Removing the code from the authenticator extension does not disable the 2FA setting on your PayPal account. As the developer of the authenticator extension, I cannot provide assistance with this issue because it is beyond my control.

Currently, the PayPal support team is your only source of assistance, as they are the only ones with control over PayPal servers. You may need to provide proof of identity to verify your ownership of the account, such as a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification documents.
