Manual Entry Not Happening #1296

Describe the issue

When I try to add an account using the manual entry option the "OK" button is no enabled and the data entered is not being saved to create a new account.

Same issue here on Firefox 128.2.0esr (64-bit), extension version 8.0.0. Edit: looks like this was hot-fixed in 8.0.1.
