Split markdown and pandoc sections from https://authorcarpentry.github.io/markdown-github-webpages and add to https://authorcarpentry.github.io/markdown-pandoc. Expand both markdown and pandoc sections so its a complete story. Revise web lesson to have pandoc be a prerequisite and change title to "Authoring for the Web". Include folder setup, relative links, and other useful tips.
