Probability system. When generating creatures, set a probability to trigger them to become larger or smaller, rather than definitely becoming larger or smaller.After setting the probability, the change will be closer to the extreme values. When the probability is not set, the change will be within the set random range.In this way, it can imitate the appearance of a leader or a weak one in an ordinary herd of cattle.

Ohhh I think I misunderstood your request, I am sorry. You are saying that you want that only X% of mobs turn into ones with different scales while I am trying to make their distribution so that still all are scaled but ones with more extreme sizes (big or small) appear less often.

Never mind I just misunderstood what you wanted, my bad!
