mean molecular weight depend on temperature and density. After the first 
revision of radiative effets is tested, I must add this feature.

Here is a prescription in the appendix B for the mean molecular weight. It 
seems that the dependance is not very sensitive to temperature, several 
thousand kelvins, so not very important for us.
