1.) Assumptions / Preconditions: User has a visual impairment, but would still like to be able to use the application. 2.) Outcomes / Postconditions: User should be able to read or have the computer read a description of images selected from the plant library. 3.) Normal Scenario: User opens the Blooms tab and begins to browse the plants available in the user's area. When user can see or make out the image, the user's computer can read additional image captions that describe the flower(s) pictured on the site. 4.) Error Conditions: The page could fail to load if the internet or website is down.

Nicely done. You might make the outcome something like "website conforms to ADA compliance guidelines". From there you could extract several issues related to those.
