1.) Assumptions / Preconditions: User scrolls to the bottom of the website, and wants to navigate directly to the Contact Us page with an issue. 2.) Outcomes / Postconditions: User has reached the bottom of the home page, and sees the Contact Us link available at the bottom of the website page. 3.) Normal Scenario: User opens the main page and is scrolling to the bottom of the page. User decides to send in a request for support. User can initiate the Contact from from his current location on the website. 4.) Error Conditions: The page could fail to load if the internet or website is down.

Preconditions might describe what screen the user is currently on. For something this simple, you could just go with N/A.
