I second this. It would be helpful if my team can see why I denied a request from the portal. Just a quick line so I can say 'not allowed' or something. Even if they were pre-determined answers.

Having the ability to add a reason to an approval or denial would be great. with some customizable pre-canned reasons, this could be reported on for audit evidence. reviewing if a rule should be created, could be passed to the ticket that gets created etc.
This would be a nice feature for techs to be able to give a reason other than the user just being denied.
