quantitationMethods.csv is not needed if you use STORE_QUANTITATION_METHODS processor #487

Describe the bug as quantitationMethods.csv is an output of STORE_QUANTITATION_METHODS it should not be necessary to provide id at as an input

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. with a file explorer, remove the quantitationMethods.csv from the LCMS_MRM_Standards example.
  2. Create a new session with LCMS_MRM_Standards
  3. Run the workflow
  4. The input file panel opens and complains about quantitationMethods.csv.

Expected behavior as quantitationMethods.csv is an output of STORE_QUANTITATION_METHODS it should not be necessary to provide id at as an input

This is not a bug, the quantitationMethods file is indeed needed as an input.
