Update to Master from Development #93

@TylerCarlson1 The 3.1.4 version that you pushed out to nuget some days ago is using AutoMapper, Version=6.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=be96cd2c38ef1005. I think you need to complete this PR and also bump version number. My suggestion is to bump version number to 4.0.0 due to the breaking change of AutoMapper 6->7.

Before completing this I think you can merge #73 that only is some additional tests.
