Connect role control view with backend #125

Description

Make the necessary changes in the Role Control view that recently got created https://github.com/AutoPacker-OSS/autopacker/issues/119

TODO

  1. Create logic on back end to delete or change a members role
  2. Create the post calls on front end necessary (Right now there are nothing there)
