Error when you trying to join an organization #126

Description

An error appear when you try to apply to an organization. Figure out why this error appear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to search bar
  2. Either search for an organization or leave it blank then click on "Organization"
  3. Click on the organization you want to join
  4. Fill and submit your form. Then the error appear.

Expected behavior: You will submit a report to join an organization.

Actual behavior: Tells you already exist as a member or have already submitted a report.

Reproduces how often: Everytime you submit a report
