Major membership refactor #165

All the previous data will be wiped. Suggested to start with a clean database. A lot of things simplified: users, roles, membership, project owners. Not tested properly with the frontend! It will probably brake many things, but better to merge it in and solve the problems one by one. Will be many conflicts if we merge later :) Closes #144
