Cmake update #91

This should not be merged until I finish cleaning up the cmake files, but it should have improved up time on gazebo and moved qt up to using version 5 rather than 4.

Alright this should be ready for merging. @nolanwagener

This PR cleans up the cmake and fixes recurring issues of the stateEstimator blocking with wheel odometry disabled and gazebo textures not loading correctly.
