Code for UKF parameter esimtation #97

Hello, Thanks for sharing the great work.

We plan to use the analytical car model, for which we need to estimate and tune the parameters. Is the code for vehicle parameter estimation with UKF/ALM-UKF also available somewhere?

That was from before my time on the project so I am unaware of where that would be.
