AE-GAN not compatible with AE meta-data #35

The AE-GAN relies on meta-data that the current AE structure does not support. I'll adapt the AE structure so that it will work (and will need to update loading an AE in the AE training file).

The AE structure has been adapted to work with the new architectures. Pushed to main.
