AE checkpoint.pt saving in wrong place #42

I'll need to confirm this, but on Oscar, the checkpoint.pt is saving in the wrong directory. It creates a folder trained_ae at the root level and saves it in there.

The normal save file and the checkpoints_01/02 are in the right place.

This bug is confirmed. It occurred only when interrupting training with keyboard input. Fixed on main now.
