Zeroing on send, not on creation #20

Zeroing currently works as a modifier for processing and uploading to destinations and the original output file stored in StockFiles does not change. Functionality wise, this is not an issue, but it seems untidy and illogical.

21 needs to be solved before this can be fixed, or both can be fixed together.
