They need to be exported from Pantone Color Manager as CMYK (process colour) not LAB or RGB.
This is the point of the Bridge Library's – they are Pantones CMYK break downs of the spot colours.
The CMYK Library's also need to be exported as CMYK

Do you still have access to Pantone Color Manager to re export these?
