The project description links to a URL that now describes Genetic Constructor, rather than Wet Lab Accelerator. It seems that the working demo has moved, and is now available here instead, but I don't know if it is planned to remain accessible.

It does not look like it. Since the versioning of needed packages are a bit off I could not jet get it to run yet.
