New button type. We can be used for HIG also. Icon Button - Icon only with color change for states

The colors for the are different to match the Matrix style. I'm unclear if this is still something we need to create or not.

Oooh this is a BIM360-specific story... Let's hold off on this for now.

Closing. We now have a transparent IconButton variant. BIM360 will also use a seperate theme for colors.
