Hubble install issues #209

Hi,

Followed these instructions but I get loading forever. How to troubleshoot this issue?

Have a look at the data in the data files in the hubble-data repository, to make sure that they are populated correctly. Have seen this issue if the data is corrupted, which sometime happen when you upgrade GHE.

The data repository is empty other than the readme file and I don't see any corruption on the repo. We did not upgrade GHE. I am installing this on the 2.21.6 GHE version. Any other pointers to troubleshoot this issue? @mzzmjd

You need the data populated. It depends on how you are collating the data.

Have you set up the data collation and invoked a manual collation of data?

No, I did not. How to do this collation of data? with the instructions https://github.com/Autodesk/hubble/blob/master/updater/README.md ?
