Installing MayaUSD binaries in Windows failed #3218

Describe the bug We are trying to install the Maya USD plug-in binaries .exe executable in windows are it's stuck in the installing bar forever.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download: MayaUSD_0.24.0_Maya2024.1_Windows.exe
  2. Click
  3. install
  4. stuck in the installing
