Wrong elements positioning with different "Coordinate Base" option #304

Open ibober opened 3 years ago

ibober commented 3 years ago

Simple compound floor with a family instance on it is exported into two different models. When "Coordinate Base" option is set to "Internal Origin" everything is OK. But when the option is set to "Project Base Point" elements "fly away": image

@WawanSolihin related issue to look at.

ibober commented 3 years ago

@AngelVelezSosa, @WawanSolihin It happens when exporting to IFC4. Ok with IFC 2x3.

WawanSolihin commented 3 years ago

The rectangle that looks separated looks like the Footprint and not the compound floor itself. Is that correct?

ibober commented 3 years ago

I'm not 100% sure but yes, it is. I used BIMvision to open these IFC.

Can you share the revit model that has the problem for faster diagnostic?
