If I lint the ifc in to Revit 2020, 2021, 2022 or 2023 then I can see what I see in BIM Vision or Solibri.

When I load the IFC models in BIM360 I see 6 objects close to the zero point. I get the same result in navisworks 2023 V3. If I use V1 (which is no longer supported) or V2 I get the correct result.

But if I have a large project where I have 100 ifc files. Then get the following result:

V1 100 IFC Files total size ifc files 2.2 GB the import takes about 2 hours NWC files total size 350MB

V2 100 IFC Files total size ifc files 2.2 GB the import takes about 5 and a half hours NWC files total size 1.31GB

V3 100 IFC Files total size ifc files 2.2 GB the import takes about 2 hours NWC files total size 308MB

So Revit link IFC is OK but navisworks isn't?

HenkMolhoek commented 1 year ago

Yes it works in Revit but not in Navisworks and on BIM360

What is the status of this issue?

I can reproduce this in ACC, all the elements are at the origin. In latest Revit they are correct.
