PR: IfcBuilding receives wrong Psets in IFC4 RVArch #680

Problem Description

When exporting to IFC4 RV Arch, the IfcBuilding entity is not only exported with Pset_BuildingCommon but also these three other property sets:

It's probably not a coincidence that all of those names also start with "Pset_Building"...

Is this for any project? Do you have a trivial sample file?

Any project. Steps to reproduce would be: create a new project file & export to IFC4 RV Arch. Here's an example file: https://github.com/andydandy74/MyIssues/blob/master/RevitIFC680/146_IFC_IfcBuildingWrongPsets.rvt
