Added expressions from Arnold light shaders to the Softimage primitive so some parameters can be shown in the viewport.

Bugfixes

Fixed bug that shaders defined in ArnoldShaderDef.js couldn't be rendered with xsibatch (#77)
Fixed build system bug that made Arnold plugins not update properly (#69)

Known Issues SItoA crashes when trying to get a license from Autodesk License Manager (FlexLM). RLM licenses work fine. See #74 for details. UPDATE: The crash can be "fixed" by patching AdLM automatically in the build system. See #79 for details.

Passes testsuite.

5.4 doesn't change much so I think this is it for v5.4.0. @sjannuz Is there an Arnold core bugfix release in the pipe soon? If there is, maybe we merge after that?

Yes, a 5.4.0.1 is expected soon.
