Arnold 6.0.2 support #84

Some new stuff in this one:

New operator string_replace
Added radial_distortion and lens_tilt to Arnold Camera
Added override_nodes, auto_instancing and namespace to Arnold Procedural

And some changes / enhancements:

Optical Shift is now using lens_shift instead of screen_window on persp_cameras

Passes test suite with no problems.

@sjannuz Would love it if you could just merge this PR and I'll will start working on 6.1 :)

Done, thankyou. Imagers could go in pretty smoothly as output shaders I guess.

Yeah that was my thought as well. I might make them work as both lens shaders and output shaders if that works. The camera effects makes much more sense to have on the camera don't they?
