A basic implementation of a reusable logger combining the features requested in https://github.com/AutodidactsHaven/kitc/issues/1

A preliminary implementation (i.e. the scope of this card; future extensions are desired but out of scope) should include:

log levels
- error, warning, info, debug, trace
terminal colours
optional UNIX timestamp
support LINE and FILE compiler macros to showcase exactly from where message was sent (https://github.com/AutodidactsHaven/kitc/issues/1#issuecomment-1509891842)
