deleting selected blocks in inactive tab #1532

Describe the bug you can delete selected blocks in all inactive tabs and this always breaks workflows

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open 2 workflows in 2 tabs (lets say workflow A and B)
  2. Go to workflow A and select a block
  3. Go to workflow B and click Delete button from keyboard
  4. Go to workflow A and the block is deleted

Expected behavior when doing anything in a tab this should not have any effect on other tabs

this is still an issue in version 1.28.23

deselecting nodes before leaving the tab is not working
