The workflow log is not saved #1617

Describe the bug I have created a new workflow but if I run it no worklog is saved. If I run an older workflow the worklog is saved and displayed.

To Reproduce Create a new workflow and run it.

Expected behavior Create worklog

I was able to solve the issue with enabling this setting. It was turned off.
