[feature req]when backup workflows, also export folders info #1648

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I click backup button, the workflows backup as expect. There is folderId field in the json file.

But, If the folder deleted, the workflows are all imported to the default All folder.

Describe the solution you'd like I believe we need to export dirs info as well as workflows?
