Press Key Not working #1674

Describe the bug I am trying to simulate paste button using Controll+V in an input field. problem is its working on debug mode, but when I turn of debug mode its stopped working.

Confirmed - "Press Key" does not work with extension hotkeys ! No error in log (finishes successfully) but simply does not execute the keypress. Have also tested Press time 0, 50, 100 and 500 ms (no effect) and even running in debug mode. No joy, keypresses don't work at all. Running on Brave browser.
