This is a problem i didnt had in update 5.
Normaly the player needs the space of 2 blocks height. Since update 6 you start to die when going into a house or cave when there is not min 4! blocks of height. You are dying slowly from moving/teleporting in houses of villagers or caves etc. This issue does not appear under trees/ with leaves.
I cant enter my house since updating ;)
