Secretary of State Preliminary List:

Inputs: Pre-Filing -Name of Corporation -Registered Office/Agent of the corporation -Purpose of Entity -Number of Authorized Shares -Par value per share -Name and Mailing address of incorporator? -Payment Information

Post-Filing -Filed Certificate of Incorporation -Certificate of Good Standing

Outputs: -To be filed Certificate of Incorporation -Filing Cover Sheet Memo -Franchise Tax Payment

Input Paying franchise tax Number of authorized shares

Outputs Franchise tax payment vote to the governance system

IRS //Assuming only EIN Compliance

Inputs: -Name of Entity -Entity type -Entity Mailing Address -Reason for Application -Where articles of incorporation are/will be filed -number of employees hired/to be hired in the next 12 months -Expected employment tax liability >$1000? -Date of first wages -Type of Business Activity

Post-Filing- -CP575 Notice (EIN)

Outputs: To Be Filed Form SS-4
