Clean up / fixes for demo

• [x] incorrect validation for datetimes
• [x] simulation results do not correspond to the one received by just using the CLI
• [x] while running discovery, the process stuck
• [x] show info message when the simulation starts
• [x] show info message when discovery starts
• [x] rename column names for Resource Utilization
