Simulation Scenario - Hide Intermediate Events tab when there is no events #77

As a user, I don't want to see the tab 'Intermediate Events' when my BPMN model does not have any events. There is no way the user can adjust it through our functionality other than uploading another BPMN file.

[x] Introduce Dictionary class
[x] hide tab when no events
