Case Attributes Generation - implement the page

As a user, I want to be able to define the setup for case attributes that need to be generated during the simulation.

There might be two different types of case attributes:

• discrete
• continuous

General validations:

• it is allowed not to have any case attributes defined

Validation for case attribute's name field:

• spaces are not allowed
• alphanumeric characters a-z, A-Z, 0-9 allowed
• list of allowed special characters: - _ , . ` ' :

Discrete Case Attribute:

• at least one option should be defined
• the sum of all options' probabilities should be equal to 1
• options should have unique name
• option name/value could not be empty (clarify)

Continuous Case Attribute:

• the attribute's value should be selected from the list of available options (same as for all other distribution functions)
