Always show bug URL even if bug can't be accessed #33

If you are referencing a confidental bug like "bug 774609", the bot replies with:

15:56 _AutomationBot: Sorry whimboo that bug doesn't exist! I suggest you get raising more bugs until it does!

Instead it should at least print the real URL of the bug so someone can click on.
