Boo for not understanding how to create nice, individual pull requests...

Anyhow...

added a test
fixed /proxy/:port/headers
added an add_to_capabilities(capabilities) method to Client to make this work nicely with remote webdriver
lessened the restriction on the requests
wrapped the selenium_proxy with a webdriver_proxy method since this is really only for webdriver

Updated to add more tests and fix things in the client. The client 'should' work as advertised in the code -- through the readme on the webmetrics git repo is wrong in one case. The code wins.
