Format Validation on User Constants

• When we click the next button for all the experiment stages (information -> parameter -> etc..) we want to have a format validation process such that invalid type of input does not go into the back-end aborting the experiment
• Implement the format validation (type checking i.e. string, integer) process for all the next buttons while creating a new experiment
• Not only format but also check bounds of the parameters
• Frontend should be showing when validity check failed -> a warning or suggestion about specifying min/max
