Pivoting this task to setting up a local docker container to host mongo instead of a shared container distributed across docker swarm due to incompatibilities with Windows.

Looked in to MongoDB and trying to run the MongoDB Community Server edition on WSL to prepare for running it on the glados(gauss) server later, since that server has Ubuntu 20.04 installed (2hrs)
