• Toto started designing/drafting the new WWU landing page, but didn't have time to finish this iteration

Action plan after the scoping session last week:

• Split Work With Us from the Job listing, check figma file
• Jeffrey and Nitin will work on the new copy and make it 75% accurate
• Add “blurbs” to the job cards, a short excerpt from the job description
• Design the micro-interaction for tags/buttons in the job card
• Add job grouping in the Job list (Design, marketing, Engineering)
• Add numbers in the category filters e.g. Marketing (3) Job Description:
• Add a sidebar in the Job Description page
• Add the number of openings
• Add a button “Apply now” to scroll down to the form
• Add job category
• Make the form white
• Make the input field box rounded

We are gathering in a new scoping session this wee with Karen, Nitin, Jeffrey and Klaus Harris. The goals are to ensure that there is a clear backlog of design tasks for me and to align feasibility with business needs. We will analyze Matt's feedback, brainstorm new ideas, and agree on priorities and quick wins.

To do:

• Design a new interaction in the job card where tags are clickable. Decide on logic and UI/UX side of the interaction;
• Re-design content for the Work With Us page;
• Job descriptions: Design a new component with a button, for quickly scroll-down and access to the application form;

12 Jun Toto met with Christy, there'snt much we can do without updating the entire site. We agreed on creating a basic style guide (toto will propose something) and Christy will define and implement with the team,

Toto is meeting with Christy who is updating the blog Wants to find consistency in style, create style guide Avoid relying on developer support and build in the editor Recommend: WWU, blog, mc tools and so on - avoid duplicate work and too many tangents. Lets connect at least once this month on the direction of these properties. To provide a mental model to guide work forwards.
