We met with Michael from DM (me and Alicia). We discussed possibilities for the booth and asked for specs. More here

We are mostly going for a low-design approach: a monitor, a few printed posters, and to hang some posters
Questions for meet:
Can I generate a travel code by myself and share it with the team? Are all expenses report working the same as at a team meetup?
We'd need some gear (a monitor) and swag (posters) production for the event. I'd appreciate some support with it.
Do you remember the name of the paper/specs of the posters at OFFF? With Tino, we were discussing possibly producing them at the same place as last time to avoid surprises.
Is it possible for someone to eventually travel the day before to prepare the booth? Cris will be already there one day earlier as she will also be a speaker at a collateral event for students. I was thinking of being there as well to arrange the space.
