Design Matters Sponsorship, contracts and operations

Contract has been sent to Michael for signature
Automattic logo is already listed in the sponsors deck
We met with Michael from DM (me and Alicia). We discussed possibilities for the booth and asked for specs. More here
We need to decide on potential activities in the booth (Workshop with Jarek? I didn't ask yet tho, Dex brainstorming is welcome)
Toto would need some support to wrangle hotel bookings and booth production (swag printing)
Meeting with Tino and Alicia is scheduled for tomorrow 17 Sep
Toto asked more questions to Michael to have a complete picture of the space and possibilities
We are mostly going for a low-design approach: a monitor, a few printed posters, and to hang some posters

Questions for meet:

Can I generate a travel code by myself and share it with the team? Are all expenses report working the same as at a team meetup?
We'd need some gear (a monitor) and swag (posters) production for the event. I'd appreciate some support with it.
Do you remember the name of the paper/specs of the posters at OFFF? With Tino, we were discussing possibly producing them at the same place as last time to avoid surprises.
Is it possible for someone to eventually travel the day before to prepare the booth? Cris will be already there one day earlier as she will also be a speaker at a collateral event for students. I was thinking of being there as well to arrange the space.
