Design Matters booth design and posters production

Started another issue/task to better track the creative work:

Booth production

• Wall design + 9 posters
• Where to store all posters and tubes
• Monitor with videos and to use for Workshop/Product walk trhoughs
• Wall and cabinet production, to design asap specs: materials and sizes and send to DM to check if their producer can do it.

Posters production

• We discussed to product 500 posters, but I’m concerned about
• Who rolls the posters? We should hire some support
• Where we store 500 posters +tubes? It seems that the little space makes it difficult to store so many posters
• I propose to print less posters

Activities

• Toto and Gaby creed posters give-away and engagement with designers for hiring purpose
• Toto: 2 portfolio review sessions
• Jarek: workshop or walkthourhgs (1 or 2 hours) about WP editor last features
• Poli: WooCommerce walkthroughs

Update 30 September

• Wall layout agreed upon and discussed here, we choose a 4x3 posters layout
• We agree on printing 270 A2 "creed posters" (30 for each) // 33 Big posters for the wall (3x9 for the creed + 6 w Automattic logo)
• We'll decide how to hang posters in place; we discussed three options (pins, magnet stripes, staple gun)

What we miss

• Voucher with discount, design file
• Social media posts to advertise presence: Cris and booth activities

• Booth design and layout have been confirmed with the booth producer
• Social media assets are in progress
