Add method for removing a connected blog from the list #14

Currently the only way to remove a blog is to disconnect the Postbot app from the WP.com security page, attempt to use the connection, and then reauthorize everything back again.

Actually, that doesn't work. If you remove both the Postbot and Postbot Authentication connection, then reauthorize again, you still see all blogs that were previously connected.

Perhaps it's possible to flush certain db tables when a connection is removed.

Postbot doesn't know what happens on the security page until it next tries to use that authorisation. I've clarified the original message. It's not a good way.

I've added a quick 'disconnect current blog' option to the dropdown menu. This may eventually move, but at least it's now possible to disconnect a blog easily.

@johngodley - Disconnecting does not work for me. I select the blog I want to disconnect, then select the option to disconnect it, and the page refreshes but the blog is not disconnected.

Logging out and back in doesn't make it go away, and neither did disconnecting Postbot from my WP.com account and reauthorizing it (and then trying again).

@aheckler A WP.com user reported the exact same issue, then I tried it for them and it worked. Not sure if it helps, but what happens if you try to disconnect from a different browser..?

@kardotim - Tried in Firefox as well, but no dice.
