normalizes plugin styles with WordPress.com version #1

this CSS update remvoves the WordAds icon and bumps up the "About these ads " label a notch.

@josemarques if we are removing the WordAds icon I suppose we can also remove this include?

@josemarques For some reason on the Twenty Sixteen theme the belowpost spot has an underline over the unit. Tested a handful of different themes and Twenty Sixteen is the only one that did it.

Yup, you can get rid of that.
